2. Data Trace will warrant that Webster Township Tax Roll data will not be sold or transferred to any commercial entity or private party outside of First American Tax Service for any purpose whatsoever. .

Motion by Fink, support by Calhoun to deny Bloom’s request to withdraw petition for Special Use Permit and adopt the 5/17/2000 recommendation of Township Planning Commission to deny Thomas M. Bloom’s petition for a Special Use Permit. AMENDMENT TO MOTION: Motion Fisher support Fink to amend the motion to instruct Township Attorney to enjoin Mr. Bloom from further dirt bike use at Mast Rd.
